2. Prices and currency

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are added and itemised at checkout before you place your order. Where a sale price is shown, the regular price is displayed alongside it. We do not use fake countdowns, invented "was" prices or preselected add-ons.

3. Sales tax

Applicable sales and use tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the rates in effect at that time — not a single flat rate applied to every order. As a business located in Texas, we collect Texas state and applicable local sales tax on taxable items shipped within Texas under our Texas sales and use tax permit. For other states we collect where we have an obligation to do so under that state's remote-seller rules, and we monitor our sales by state so registration happens when thresholds are met. Tax collected is remitted to the relevant authority and we retain transaction and tax records accordingly.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we accept the order by shipping it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, a pricing or description error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, we refund in full.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other methods offered by our payment processor at checkout. Card details are entered on the processor's PCI-compliant hosted form; we never receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes, and payment data is never placed in URLs, page source, logs, emails or analytics. Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged when the order is accepted.

6. Shipping charges and delivery

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.95 and free over $45 after discounts; express is $14.95. Processing and estimated transit times, tracking, address changes and lost-parcel procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier; if a parcel goes missing, our shipping policy explains how we resolve it.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange and refund terms — including the 30-day return window and the final-sale status of personalized items — are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Product descriptions

Our pieces are fashion jewelry made from plated brass, stainless steel, glass beads and cubic zirconia as stated on each listing. We do not describe them as solid precious metal, hypoallergenic, nickel-free, waterproof or tarnish-proof, because those attributes are not verified for these products.

9. Discount codes

Codes apply to item subtotals only, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time before use. Free-shipping thresholds are assessed after discounts.

10. Consumer rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule or under Texas consumer protection law. These terms are governed by Texas law. Read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
