You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

• Do not scrape, resell or republish our product photography or descriptions without written permission.
• Do not submit false reviews, impersonate another person, or upload malicious code.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Screen colour rendering varies between devices, and small variations occur between individual pieces. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted; if an item becomes unavailable after you order we will contact you and refund in full.

The site's text, photography, layout and the Ankle Grace name and logo are owned by Ankle Grace LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

6. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience with a product you purchased. We may publish it with your first name and last initial, edit it for length or remove content that is unlawful, abusive or off-topic. We do not publish incentivised or fabricated reviews.

7. Disclaimers

Our jewelry is fashion jewelry intended for ordinary personal wear. It is not medical or protective equipment. Discontinue wear if irritation occurs. The site is provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ankle Grace LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
