Who we are

Information we collect

• Order information — name, shipping address, billing address, email address and optional phone number, plus the items ordered and amounts charged.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits and card brand for reconciliation. We never receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Account information — if you create an account, your email address and a hashed password.
• Support messages — what you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
• Marketing preferences — your email address and consent status if you subscribe.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, used for security and to understand which pages need improvement.

We do not collect government identification numbers, health information or precise geolocation.

Why we collect it

• To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and provide receipts and order status updates.
• To answer questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty issues.
• To calculate applicable sales tax and keep the transaction and tax records the law requires.
• To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the site secure.
• To send marketing email where you have opted in — and only until you opt out.

Service providers we share with

We share only what each provider needs: our website and hosting provider, our payment processor, shipping carriers (name and delivery address), our transactional and marketing email provider, and our privacy-conscious analytics provider. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Retention

Order and tax records are kept for at least four years to meet U.S. federal and Texas record-keeping requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again. Account records are deleted on request unless we must retain the underlying order history.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS/TLS. Payment pages are hosted by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Access to order data is limited to people who need it, protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount of data we hold to the minimum needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to opt out of marketing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of California, Colorado, Virginia and other states have comparable rights.

Email info@anklegrace.space with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request against your order history and respond within 45 days. You may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision.

Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
